How to apply Screentones with Photoshop CS3

This is where I downloaded the patterns for my comic's screen tones. At least most of them. She has some awesome basic tones! No joke!

Here is a tutorial, or pretty much my cheat way to do screentones. AT LEAST FOR PHOTOSHOP CS3

YOU GUYS, This tutorial is for people who have a basic understanding of photoshop. I hate making these things because they take time and I don't know what to say, but I'm willing to show you how to do this much. If you can't figure out the rest or be willing to just mess around until you find something you like then maybe this isn't the tutorial you'll need. I never had any help in doing this. I discovered this all on my own. So feel loved. I really dislike making these things. I REALLY do.
